But considering what one can get off the Internet these days, I hardly think a poem on a blog will have the lawyers on one's doorstep. It's free publicity for the poet, after all, assuming he, or she, is alive. If not, the publisher and family are still hoping to coin it from commissions, obviously: but if you see a poem you like, are you not likely to go searching for more of the same, and maybe pay, like on Amazon, or a bookshop ? Maybe that's the answer, to protect your back: to provide a link for "more of the same" and then the most you are likely to get is a polite warning.

But we wouldn't stand by and see you you carted off to jail, Angela. We'll all campaign on behalf the Opio One (providing she promises to stops torturing us with pictures of all those mouth-watering but calorific confections).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31196620.post-1163054234376311262006-11-09T07:37:00.000+01:002006-11-09T07:37:00.000+01:00Lovely selection of poetry and picture, Angela. {...Lovely selection of poetry and picture, Angela. {hugs} JPJP (mom)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03120439923927414464noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31196620.post-1163051923996398922006-11-09T06:58:00.000+01:002006-11-09T06:58:00.000+01:00I just surfed through for the first time and thour...I just surfed through for the first time and thouroughly enjoyed your blog.
